London: Sarah Michelle Gellar who shot to fame with her role in the hit television series, Buffy the Vampire slayer has revealed that she can now finally get out of her pants, which she wore to hide the bruises she got during the making of the serial.
According to Femalefirst, the actress revealed that while performing action sequences for the show she bruised herself severely and had to wear pants to hide them.
"Buffy was exhausting, both physically and emotionally. There were at least two fight scenes in every episode. I never wore skirts for years because of all the bruises," the actress was quoted as saying. "I was very lucky I didn't break anything- just a few cuts and grazes," she added. However, despite turning her back on the show, Gellar, who is currently starring in the horror movie The Grudge insists that she has not ruled out reprising the role one day.
