Question Buffy's Pewter Cross

Hey everyone I brought the Factory X Buffy Pewter Cross when it was first released in 2004 and then I think a couple years later a company called Genki released one too but I want to know is why did they re-released when Factory X had one and is there any difference besides the different colour boxes?

There doesn't appear to be a difference, other than the color of the boxes... I don't own one though so I can't say for sure. But I would think if it's a prop replica they would all have to be made the same...
