Afraid not.......
I've got all the 'Buffy' & 'Angel & Faith' ones released so far, plus the standalone 'Willow' one....but not these two as yet. Will hopefully get around to getting them soon though.

No, that is not Willow. I forget who it is but I'm pretty sure she's a demon.

It is Willow. It is a debateable one whether that Lynch 8 Spike series is canon because it includes the introduction to the bug ship that comes into canon in S8, which was I believe the agreement for getting to use Willow. But Joss only oversaw Willow's use and had his bug ship intro request met. I think Lynch claimed it had canonicity, but I'm not sure again if that was because of the agreement with Joss over the bug ship, Joss' name wasn't put to the series. A lot of fans take the use of the bug ship as canon confirmation but as far as I'm concerned it is only the details that are confirmed in the official canon releases which count. When Dylan from JM's Into the Light story was used in the S10 comics they did confirm that it didn't make ITL officially canon, so I think my pov has been supported.
Anyway, it is a long time since I read the Spike 8 series but I really didn't like the way that Lynch decided to depict the soul in the Spike comic at all. As I remember, he made it so that someone else could take another's soul, which I think was just nonsensical and didn't match what we saw in the show with the restoration spell and the demon returning Spike's soul. He also had Spike not noticeably change between being souled/unsouled which I always find irritating and weak characterisation. Fanfic writers that like to support that a soul isn't necessary tend to do the same, and it made Spike's stated attitude in the Lynch series that he wasn't such a bad sort without his soul seem to be more serious than bravado and I didn't like that at all. But as canon before and after it doesn't support that pov, it doesn't truly matter. The soul stuff aside, it was an enjoyable enough read and I think works into Spike's overall path from the tv shows into the official canon comics where he is out there learning to become a hero independently and is making friends/connections but still holding himself back, at that point. But it mostly just made me want to see Spike/Dru meet up again now, since he got his soul, in an official canon release that Joss has had a hand in the overall direction/plotting of. I haven't gotten around to reading Fray yet.

I liled Fray a lot! It played with the lore a bit and found myself enjoying it.

She makes some appearances in other buffy comics as well. She is in Tales of the Slayer comic bundle and in season 8 of Buffy!
