Buffyverse reading order?

Hello,
I bought these books and now I'm not sure which order to start reading them in.

Angel After the fall Premiere edition volume 1
Angel aftermath Volume 5
Angel Last angel in Hell Volume 6
Angel The End
Spike After the fall
Spike the complete series
Fray
Buffy S8 Library Edition Vol.1
Buffy S8 Library Edition Vol.2

and also does Spike the complete series happen after Angel the end? or when?

I would say this is your order.

Fray
Angel premiere edition
Spike after the fall - Would read this after chapter one or two of Angel and then carry on with that.
Spike complete series
Buffy one
Buffy two

Then I'd treat these separately and read when you get round to it as they're dubious canon.

Angel 5
Angel 6
Angel the end
