You can try Amazon.com and check the "New/Used" section for each individual issue. If you can manage to find several books to buy at one time from a particular seller, you can even save on shipping and handling.

TFAW.com is the definitive seller of comic books online, I believe. They have the nicest website I've seen when it comes to comic book sites (even better than Amazon for comics). I've also had great experiences with their customer service.
There's also a website Atlantis Comics & Games that carries them. I've only used Atlantis when TFAW's been sold out. Their website is nowhere near as easy to navigate as TFAW's, but I'd say they're a solid company overall.
I go by the ease of sifting through the websites, because I doubt you'll find much of a price difference on $3 items like comic books. I haven't even noticed, but I'd be surprised if there was more than a $0.25 discrepancy between them.
