First I want to apoligize for not being on much. Ive been EXTREMELY busy...which is kinda what this thread is about.

See I had an...'epiphany.' I realized I had been sitting around doing nothing...sooo I joined a bunch of clubs and extra-curricular activities. such as...

Cadets -I am now a cadet for the Scottish core, Canadian cadets.
Baseball -I have joined baseball (it was this or soccer).
Karate -I am a white belt.
Green Club- Im a 'tree hugger'. Oh wow, thats not so funny.
Robotics team- I do graphics for the robot and its site.
Drama Club- I act and sing and stuff of the such.
School paper- I edit/write for the school paper
Gas station- I got a job... $60 CAN a week.

so...now that you know this and why I haven't been on, I have a question... What kind of activities do you BB mumbers do...besides chatting online...that doesn't count.

i am in the track team! our first meet is tomorrow! wish me luck!

I've done drama clubs a lot, but I wasn't aloud to this year. The drama teacher had a bad experience with the freshmen members of the club and she used to go to class crying. So now she refuses to give any freshmen a part. Luckily, there's this "almost famous people" thing that goes on in my town. They're working on the new play now, and once it's all done I'm gunna go audition. I'm doing a pre-year book thing year. Freshmen aren't aloud to do year book work (why does everyone hate freshmen?) so I'm in a course this year and I can do year book next year. I'm also in a writing course so that I can do the school newspaper next year. Right now I'm just gathering experience, but next year I'll probably be in drama club, year book club, and the school newspaper. Plus I gotta get a job next year, so I'll be a busy beaver. I'm going to enjoy the moments I have now chatting with people and hanging out with friends though.

Hmm... I belong to the Interact Club at my school (community service org.), I am the president and co-founder of my school's GSA, I have a part time job at a bookstore and I am a peer counselor.

Sounds like you sure are bussy though.

At the moment nothing because i'm too busy with my university work but when I was at school I was:

In a theatre group (both outside of school and inside)
Peer Mediator (helping younger school kids with their problems)
Paired Reading (helping the younger kids who had reading difficulties, most people had one kid I had 3)
Yearbook Committee
School Council
Church youth group (the Priest sort of conned me into doing it, and he was young and cute)
Air Training Corps (Cadets-outside of school)

And before I left school I was awarded the School Community Involvement award which was really sweet as the boys I was helping with their reading difficulties, changed over the year I was with them, they stopped misbehaving in class and actually started to like school. They had got picked on because they couldn't read and would fight back. To me that was so worth while to see them change and actually enjoy reading.

When I was in high school, I did:
Basketball
Volleyball
MCA (Multicultural Alliance)
French National Honor Society
All-State Choir
Acapella group

Now at university I have a lot of work, but I still do intramurals for basketball and volleyball, and I'm in a couple clubs i never go to.
