Whose cameo appearance is your favorite? For me, it's extremely difficult to choose since I absolutely love all three, but I'll go with Marti simply because she made me laugh the most upon first viewing (and because I think most will vote Joss 😉), though I believe all three are pretty legendary.

I love how well they were integrated into the episodes.

I voted Marti Noxon for the following reasons.

1. How she ended up in the cameo. After hearing David was doing one in OMFW she was like 'I want one too! Put me in! Put me in!' and then when Joss actually did she panicked and was like 'Take me out! Take me out!'
2. The lyrics of the song have personified so many bad days of mine that I just love it.
3. The lyrics of the song full stop. Come on, the last line is 'Hey I'm not wearing underwear'!
4. She has a great voice.

Though I did enjoy Joss' Numfar dance. I mean how can I not? Haha

It got to be Numfar. I mean, really. The others are great too of course. But for me it´s no contest.


And was it Marti or Jane (or even someone else?) that was tricked to be in a scene in the high school cafeteria? Just in the background of course. They told her Joss really liked the idea and he really didn´t at that time. At least that´s what I´ve heard, if my memory doesn´t fail me again (as it´s known to do). Could it be on the "Chosen collection" extra dvd?

I went with Numfar, although I adore "They got the mustard ouuut!" (I may even secretly wish that that would be your greeting the minute you clicked on the baords...:whistle: )

But Numfar is seriouly one of my favourite tv moments ...EVER. It's so simple yet so utterly hilarious!

Of the three, I preferred the Marti Noxon cameo better, but I preferred Fury in "Smile Time," better than any of he choices.

I voted for Joss as Numfar because really it's just one of the funniest Angel moments! But hohourable mention must also go to David Fury as Gregor Framkin in Smile Time - 'Ooh, courage and pluck, courage and pluck!' :lmao:

I voted Joss as Numfar. The Dance of Joy is brilliant, I mean, I can do the Snoopy Dance, but I can't do the Dance of Joy. I tried and failed miserably. :whistle:

Here's an interesting tidbit of relevant news, I think. Both Marti and David will appear in Joss's online musical Dr. Horrible's Singalong blog. They'll play snarky newscasters.

I was completely unaware until I looked at this post that Numfar was Joss Whedon. That is now my absolute favorite Angel moment EVAR.

Marti Noxon no contest. She is my favorite person (next to Joss Whedon) ever and I really love her writing.

Plus, like Joyce said, her song was pretty friggin' funny.
