Cameron vs. Illyria - Who's the best ?

I'm here to talk about two of my favorite fictional characters ever. Cameron, from "Terminator - The Sarah Connor Chronicles", and Illyria, from "Angel".

They both

- Kick some bad guy's ass
- Don't really belong to our human world
- Have great one-liner dialogues
- Used to work for Evil
- Are now Good but not too much, in fact
- Are meant to be asexual life forms
- But have a sexy female body
- (With nice average-sized breasts)
- Have cool long hair
- Have "blue" eyes (Cameron's robotic eyes can glow in blue)
- Have a very cute face when they're not trying to look scary
- Have cool semi-combat outfits

Also, Illyria is a God to demons, and kills other demons. How awesome is that ?

Illyria is Cameron's lost twin and her best challenger ! Who do you prefer, and why ? Who would win in a fight ?
 
Summer Glau had a role in "Angel".

Also, they both have potential partners for a complicated, forbidden romance (John Connor & Wesley Wyndam-Pryce)

As much as I love Summer in general, Illyria is going to have to be my vote for the best.
Maybe it's the "I'm Part Fred" or the blue or keeping Spike as a pet...can't say. Either way, she's hands down my favorite.
 
They're almost eternal if not immortal, and they both fascinate strong, special teenagers named Connor !

Also : "I'm a bitch-whore" or "Your body warms. This one is lusting after me" ?

I can't choose.
 
Illyria for sure, although i don't see it using cameron in this choice only because she's not part of the whedonverse. Only River is. But still, Illyria.
 
However strong Cameron might be she's a robot... Illyria's an Old One. There's no real challenge.
 
Illyria, still one of my favourite television characters of all time, so sorry robot girl, the ancient evil still gets my vote.
 
Illyria. As much as I love Summer Glau, Cameron is just a machine. Nothing but a human-made machine that can pass somewhat for human. No emotion, nothing. I don't give a crap about Cameron because she's just an empty soulless thing.
 
Has to be Illyria I'm afraid. She's so much more kick-ass, and she thinks she owns everyone still 🙂
Also, she took Fred's cuteness and made it unbelievably hot. She deserves a medal for that.
