Plan A should be mailing UPN asking them about whether they are interested in picking Angel up, but if they don't want to, there are also other networks to consider. TNT has had great ratings showing Angel reruns, so perhaps they'd be interested in signing it on for another season.

tnt@turner.com

Everyone, mail them asking them to pick it up!

Thnx Old Master 2.0 for the idea.

Magui had posted some TNT information in a separate thread the day after I PM'd you Allycat...but I thought it would be wise to urge everyone to pursue that network much more aggressively.
UPN and FOX are good ideas, and everyone should continue their e-mails and letters to them...but they have proven iffy in the past and might give us the runaround on this issue.

As both Allycat and DarkKnut (in another thread) have already stated.....TNT has shown very good ratings with the ANGEL re-runs, a documented fact....so I think we should turn up the heat on them just a little bit.

Thanks for posting this thread Allycat. :: tu ::

The one I sent to UPN was sort of like "I have enjoyed Angel for years and am really upset and astonished that WB wants it to come to an end so soon, especially since Angel is such a huge show not only in the United States but many other countries...yada yada and I named the countries that I thought it was most popular in...and mentioned the dvd sales for Angel have been really good and I believed the station would make a profit from bringing in Angel. Not sure if that will help you or not...I suppose I will go try and hammer TNT right now with many emails begging them to pick up the new episodes...lol.

I have already mailed TNT,but I'll do it again with another msn acount

Guys, create accounts and e-mail the networks one hundred times!

I've mailed them in a reporter kind of style, not pushing them to pick it up, but more inquiring whether they have considered it.

That's what I also did Allycat...it's probably better that way. They still know we want them to pick it up, but won't be put off by people who seem like they will be very angry if they don't. Sounding mean or pushing too much is a sure way to put the networks off.

I e-mailed them a couple of times using different names(accounts),I tried to sound nice...and I didn't mean you should sound mean and exigent,I just said you should use different msn(yahoo, aol) accounts...

Oh, I know what you meant. I wasn't saying that about you. Sorry if you thought I was talking about you. I wasn't. Just there to get through people's anger so we don't have people actually doing that....although I doubt anyone here would. I know you didn't mean that you should be mean. Lol, that sentence sounds kinda funny.😀

lol, sounds like a good plan, but the people at TNT have spam filters and I am sure it would start blocking out tons of emails for the show. ::crying::

emails never saved a show, you need to write an actual letter.

yeah your going to have to put actual work into it!

OR you could FAX them:

FAO Mr J Kellner & Mr G Ancier (404) 827-1700 TNT

Just as little work as an email, and just as hardcopy as a letter. 😛

I think maybe that address is just to email their webmaster about their website, but I suppose its better than nothing ::evil2::
Another I found which might or might not work is programming@upn etc

Just wrote them...great idea! We need to light a fire under EVERYONE'S butts! I'm going to go buy postcards now...
