Do you like camping?

I love camping. I love sleeping in tents in sleeping bags, cooking over a fire.... the whole shebang!!! I love to go hiking. I love going camping in early fall when the leaves are falling off the trees. So pretty!!!
 
Never really been camping, but I have slept in a tent for fun as a child occasionly.

And this is really OT but, I heard Float On by Modest Mouse and liked it. So I then bought their CD and I thought it was a complete waste of my un-hard earned money.
 
Ih, I never really liked camping. I've given it chances to please me, but I just hate getting so dirty and smelly. Don't get me wrong, I love the environment ... I just wouldn't want to live in it. I guess I'm a hypocrite ...
 
I hate camping, always have hated it. I'm one of those people who need to be able to shower, and need a mirror sometimes.. And real food and clean clothes.. It sounds really shallow, I know, but it's because I was always bullied about how I looked when I was a child, I don't know, so I'm still really insecure when it comes to my look.. Sometimes. Plus I need to sleep which I can't do when I'm camping..
 
I love camping..I used to go with a group of my friends when I was younger (16,17). There was always about 15 of us who went (mostly boys and few girls..yay) and we would always have the craziest times and play all different sports and get into trouble.

I'm such a girly girl for the most part, but when I'm outdoors it doesn't show at all. I could get by is sweats and a baseball hat and be totally comfortable with myself.
 
I agree with eponinethen, I hate camping for those exact reasons.
I'm not so keen on the outdoor life, I'm allergic to pollen, grass and insects (and some other stuff too, such a geek...) and I'm a total lazy ass who preferes sitting infront of the TV instead of being out in the woods. Since I'm practically surounded by forrest, I was forced to be out there doing a bunch of boring stuff all the time when I was a kid. Now I just wanna sit at home and enjoy some good telly.
 
I hate it.. i always used to get dragged camping when i was younger and all i wanted to do was be on a nice warm beach..
 
I love camping. Desert, beach, mountains, anywhere. My parents have a motorhome so we don't use tents but I perfer to use tents cause then its roughing it and thats always fun.
