I read this on the BCC-CULT-Buffy-Newsboard:


"Finally, Rounder Records are claiming that they will release the soundtrack to Once More, With Feeling in America on 17th September."


-Can anyone confirm or have they heard anything else??
 
Not True.. .we got the video and DVD box sets long before you peeps, I also hear that you got the Xbox game before us brits though... Booooooooooo Hiss..... 😀
 
Hey hey hey... do you know how much work has gone into this Buffy game lol... this game has been in production for so long that it was penned as a DreamCast release 😀 and besides the DVDs are slowly but steadily hitting the shelves in the US...

As for downloading the soundtrack... would you not like Full, Complete versions of the songs, that you didn't have to crank up full blast because of the shoddy sound? I would I would... I'll be getting the soundtrack... oh yes I will....
 
actually, the files are very good quality. not that it matters though, i will of course still buy the soundtrack. it will be impossible for me to see it and not buy it.
 
Yes us poor Brits. While you guys get the soundtrack first, we're stuck with new DVD Releases every 6 months, poor us. I mean by the time you guys recieve Season 3 on Buffy, we'll be enjoying our Season 5 DVD's and our Angel Season 3 DVD's.

Us poor brits indeed.
 
I agree with the Brits on this one. LMAO. They have dvd box sets for Angel already and are on like season six box sets for buffy. When will us americans see season six boxsets? the fourth of never?
 
I wish we were that advanced! I am still waiting for the release of season 5 on DVD. I refused to buy the videos 'cos they take up so much space... but i would love to rewatch series 5 (and 6!😀 ), so we only have Buffy 1-4 and Angel 1-2 on DVD at the moment (but we are bang up to date with the video boxsets... why can't they release them at the same time! Don't they know I am impatient 😛 )
 
Because Sweet, Fox have to get hold of source material for the extras n stuff... besides, the US are getting extra audio commentaries for their DVD release and introductions to each episodes by the mighty joss god.... and the first releases of buffy and angel were shoddy here... the VHS picture was better for season 1 and 2 of buffy n season 1 of angel... Fox being cheap there by using a low MPEG bit rate...

But the UK are the only ones in the PAL district to get widescreen transfers hehehe We be lucky....

Back to the soundtrack... I'll be ordering from Amazon 🙂

Yeah, Yeah.. I know *Sweetpea pulls her tongue out at the smartypants prev known as the Duck*... doesn't stop my patience problem (or lack of). I want them now!!!!

But, my dearest Ducky *spot how I am sweetening you up now 'cos I have a question* 😛 ... do you know when OMWF is being released in the UK? And is it on Amazon to pre order yet? (or should I just look it up at Amazon myself and stop bothering you?😉 )
 
Thanks Honey. I did go to Amazon to try and locate it, but to no avail (I even typed soundtrack into the search engine but it brought up a huge list, and my poor puter is so old and slow, somewhat like myself 😛 , that it was taking toooooooooo long to look for it. So I gave up 😀 )

I hope it will be released in the UK though... I prefer to order through UK websites, although thinking about it, there is no logical reason why that should be. Maybe I will be a bit more adventurous, think outside the box and order from overseas!
 
I'm sure there are US retailers that will ship to the UK... I haven't used CDnow.com in a while but they delivered quickly when I last ordered from them... Amazon.com are also reliable, it's just that pesky bill for the shipping and handling... it's wrong!!!!

And of course I'm smart... I'm me...
