Really i fidn them difficult to read on here as well...all that i have gotten is that Angelus returns somehow, Cordy comes back fromt he other realm she was sent to against TPTB wishes, and Faith comes back for a 3 arc storyline. and that's all i can think of at the moment.

I think this is right- Angel gets out of the box in the first episode. A new character Gwen who has lightning powers has a thing called the axis and angel needs it to get cordy back. Gunn gets electrocuted but doesn't die, Cordy returns but doesn't remember who anyone is. Conner saves her from a demon and a family from some vampires. We see more about how fred got to the hell diminsion and Wesley is the only one who can help turn angel into angel again after he becomes angelus! No one seems to know how he becomes Angelus. hope this helps!
