Can some one explain season 8

I love btvs TV show and I have never really been a reading type I no it's only a comic and I have tried one Buffy comic and couldn't get in to it. Can some one give me a rough gist of what happiness because I no that there are lots of slayers and sunny dale been destroyed "¦. And Giles says something about Cleveland. Do they move there "¦?
