There are a lot of shows I miss but would still never want to come back. When Futurama ended the first time in 2003 it was pretty devastating. It has been revived several times since then and I wish it hadn't because maybe 10% of the new episodes are as good as the lower tier episodes from the original run. Veronica Mars came back with a movie and it was decent, but then they brought it back for another season on Hulu and it was a trainwreck.
I loved Wynonna Earp but if I'm being honest season 4 and the end of season 3 weren't very good and I was just sticking around because I loved the characters so much (mostly Wynonna, Waverly, and Nicole).
One show I wish we did get more of was Thundercats (the 2011 reboot, not the 80s series or the horrible recent comedy version). I thought it was a well animated, well acted, and well written update of the characters and I wanted to see more. The viewership was actually decent, but it was canceled because it didn't move toys. Instead of selling the Thundercats to a new generation they ended up just drawing in all the adults who watched the old show in its original 80s run or its numerous re-runs in the 90s like myself. And even though adult collectibles are definitely a thing, by and large people in their 20s and 30s don't buy toys and I was no exception.
