Can't Stop the Serenity

There's 1 in Lawrence KS on the 24th & 1 in Dallas on the 26th- both are about 4 hrs away from me. [MENTION=6115]randiann[/MENTION], ready for a roadtrip?! 🙂
 
There's one in a neighbouring city on the weekend but I can't afford the train fare at the moment. Good to know that there are some Browncoats fairly local though 🙂
 
I went and watch Serenity, there was also a guest talk by an artist. Followed by a showing of Browncoats:Redemption, but I only got to see half of that as I had to leave. I think that there was an auction afterwards as well. Overall an enjoyable night.
 
I wish I would have gotten to go to a screening! It would be cool to get to go watch it with a whole bunch of fans who love it as much as I do. 🙂
 
Is anyone going to one this year? I hope to be able to go it just depends on whether I have to work that night or not

I wish they had screenings in DC. A friend of mine, who I met at a monthly Joss Whedon meetup group that I still participate in, went to the one in Baltimore. He said it was amazing.

Definitely going to try and make the Bristol screening. Nearly went last year but my friend pulled out at the last minute.
 
There are some in Canada, but none close enough... I would have loved to go to one here in Montreal.
