That was a bit too long, IMO. The one with Miley Cyrus, IIRC, was easier to stand (it didn't last as long, but then rather than firing phasers the crew went insane and the Enterprise blew up). But as for the political one, this is the one that cracks me up:


Note, I don't consider President Obama a tyrant (granted, I wasn't a target of his drones or held in indefinite detention because of a last name), though neither do I consider him especially brave (he bent over backwards way too much, IMO), it's just that one cracks me up. For me anyway, the video is just fun (though it easily lends itself to outright trolling) rather than making a brilliant statement about Obama.

I just thought that it helped to balance out all of the anti Trump SNL skits, and both give the opportunity for overweight, out of work actors (Shatner and Baldwin) a little screen time. Just as a side note, I do think that Shatner's girdle and hairpiece are much less obvious that those Baldwin used, and he also had a much better supporting cast. And I've always hated canned laughter.
