In Season 7, Episode Help, How does Cassie know that buffy going tell Spike that buffy love him in episode Chosen?, was she a psychic or something else?

She was a psychic who predicted her own death and also told Spike, "Someday she will tell you." She does not say that what Buffy will say is that she loves him, so we are left to fill in the blanks on our own.

On a random note, I got shown this episode when I first started watching Buffy. My friend thought I looked a lot like Cassie (this was when I was 20 when I didn't own a hair straightener and my hair was blonde)

To be fair though- if we're interpreting it as Cassie saying "She will tell you" as in Buffy will say "I love you" to Spike, then her prediction did come true.
