Hi all 🙂 We need your help with deciding how the boards should look.

Currently, we have pictures to label the Angel and Buffy Season forums. Before we reorganize that for the new season of Angel, we want your opinion - some have commented that the pictures take too long to load, so we thought we'd put it to a vote.

So, the question is: would you like to keep the forums labeled with pictures, or would you rather see a text only version?

We do currently offer a 'no frills' scheme with the The Black Memories one.
 
I personally like having the pictures 😉
But thats probably becuase I have a fast connection, so they load real quick.
I guess its really up to the members who dont have a fast connection! After all they're the ones who its going to affect the most! Becuase honestly, it doesnt bother me how the boards looked! Heh heh!

I'm torn beause I like having the pics too but being on a slow connection I do find that it can sometimes take a while for the page too load. So I'm going to abstain from this vote and leave it up to everyone else to decide 'lol' 😀
 
I like the picture layout, but on the I Will Remeber You scheme there's no picture for Buffy Season 5. I don't know if that's just me though.

No its not just you! There are just text schemes aswell!
Like the Prophecy Girl one!
 
I think the text one is easier. I don't care if it's a little more boring; there's no point in slowing down anybody's computer.
 
I am on a fast connection so the pictures load fast for me, I would prefer to keep the pictures but it depends on how many users have a slow connection.
 
ok i like having pictures to look at it makes you stand out froma ll the other boards....but i do not like being picture spoiled 🙁 i hate it when a new season starts and the main page of a site has spoilers on it i would rather go looking for spoilers than have them slapped in my face.....it does take ages to load and is the slowest loading boards i know of but all i can say is this is also where i spend all of my time🙂 i dont think it really matters but it is asthetically pleasing🙂

Are you talking generally about spoiler pics or is this a specific concern you have about this board?
 
I wouldn't put one along the lines of Lorne's head on a platter from the Pylea arc on there, and I haven't seen the episode at the time they're put up so I know if it's spoilery. Plus most of the site team is in the UK so will be in the same boat as you. You also can use the prophecy girl scheme which doesn't have that bit on it.

For the purposes of the poll, we're talking about just the season forums. not that bit on the main page on the left.
