I've just read one of the randomly selected quotes on the front page and it was from Castle:

You got a skirt that says 'writer' on it too?
- Slaughter (to Castle), Castle "Headhunters"

I thought all the quotes were from shows by Joss Whedon. Has JW written an episode of Castle?

I know there's been various references to Buffy and Firefly in Castle, including one episode which had a reference to both shows before the opening credits which was very exciting.

I think it's here because the lead is Nathan Fillion. Kind of tenuous connection, but there is one.
 
We used to have a Castle forum because of Nathan. Not really a tenuous connection at all, though, considering he was on two of Joss' shows...
 
I've got no problem with a few Castle quotes sprinkled on here for good measure. I was just hoping for a Castle episode written by the big man.

The only reason I called it tenuous was because it's one degree further than most of the stuff on the boards. Any other boards we used to have that are gone now? If you had Castle, did you have T:SCC?
 
No, because we had that on After-Darkness. We had Tru Calling at one point, and Kitchen Confidential, Coming Home, something else I can't think of at the moment...oh, Bones.

The Whedonverse is big *shrugs*
 
We had How I Met Your Mother at One point as well right? - I'd actually forgotten we had ones for Castle, Tru Calling and the others lol.

I actually really like that idea. Why were they removed? Did it just get too big, or was their a lack of interest?
