Catherine O'Hara RIP

I just heard that this fabulous actress died, at only 71. So many of her works were some of my favorite shows and holiday re-watches: Schitt's Creek, Beetlejuice, Home Alone, Nightmare Before Christmas, and all the Christopher Guest mockumentaries. She had a unique style and distinctive voice. A great loss to comedy!

So many great parts, great actress, but Schitt’s creek is so delightful, it is what I most associate her with at the moment

This one hurts a lot. RIP to an always brilliant but underrated actress and a loveable woman. Was a big part of my youth and one of the great screen Mums and the heart of Home Alone. Keep reinventing herself also as Schitt's Creek proved. Was a scene stealer in the likes of Six Feet Under and Away with Her to name many.

I am so sad! 😭 I loved her in Beetlejuice and Home Alone especially. She was such a part of my childhood.
