Cats are just... evil!

When I was little, beginning about age 4, I had a pit bulldog who was, to this day, referred to in my family as my first babysitter because he, literally, would not let a stranger within 10 feet of me unless my parents were there. He absolutely loved cats.

The same way that Darla loved babies.

Definitely horrible. Much preferred this cat.

But that cat is not evil
Isn't that lovely to watch, so what if the cat was marking its territory,
so what if the cat was telling the dog never to remove its markings again,
so what if the cat was hypnotising the dog,
but was the cat being evil, of course not and it won't -
as long as you do what it wants!

Oh Gwen, Gwen Gwen Gwen, that was clearly a Cataclysmic event of a vast cucumbrian proportion.

Keep saying "Gwen" out loud and it starts to not sound like a word.
Maybe they thought that the cucumbers were actually massive gerkins?

That would freak me out- giant pickles just lying all of a sudden. I would think that somebody was sending me some sort of bizarre message.

I figured maybe their animal instinct thought "OMG SNAKE?! POISONOUS SNAKE OR?".

Well I'll be I said Gwen several times and you are right, it didn't feel like a word Gwennie Poohs
If you want to be startled by a pickle, check out what happens when you put 117 VAC across a pickle from the power line (Canadian power, 117 VAC, 60 Hz). No idea what 220 VAC 50 Hz as used in Britain would do.
