For some reason whenever I open a new page on Buffy-Boards it creates a 'pop-up' of my download window. I have tried other websites and this does not happen. I have tried other browsers and it happens on both Safari and Firefox. When I go to a new page it tries to open

cb_render.php from http://input.insights.gravity.com

I did a google search and it says it is "an external site stat dashboard that staff have access to that gives realtime data."

EDIT: blocking pop-ups does not seem to help, either.

It happened to me too, until I updated Firefox. All fixed.

That happened to me when I came on. It's a plugin that gives data on number of visitors a day and such. I have disabled it now and that seems to have solved the problem. I think they are having a problem with their site that is coming back to us.

Did you add this iframe code?

Try and remove this code in your templates:

Well, no promise that this will fix it though but no harm trying. 😉

It was as I said the gravity server crashed and that's what caused it. It's disabled for now but they've assured me that they've taken precautions to see that it doesn't happen again.
