I don't really annoy any with incessant tweets. I just compliment them, ask questions, and the like. Nothing outrageous, and I only send 1 tweet. I don't keep bugging the person if they don't respond.
 
No one on Twitter because I only follow like 3 people (and joined for the sole purpose of following Amber Benson 😀), but Amber did respond to a comment on facebook when I told her how much I was enjoying her book, with this:

Amber Benson Wrote This wrote: "Yay! So glad you're enjoying it 🙂"

It made me smile. A lot! Haha.

I think most fans don't annoy celebrities. At least not on purpose but some probably can be by being too forward, repeating or begging for an answer/retweet.

Then there's of course the haters like many commentators on youtube that think that just because you can you should say the worst thing you can think of at the moment. What's the point in telling someone you hate them or what they've made and that they should die or get hurt? Just to take an example. *shakes head*
 
Graham Coxon from Blur has, as well as Frank Turner, Chris T-T, Richard Herring and Aled Hayden Jones from Radio 1. Been re-tweeted by a few bands as well, which is usually rather awkward as I tend to tweet rather honest opinions about music at times.
 
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Jeremy Sisto (Law & Order, Suburgatory) just tweeted me!

He even retweeted my question: 'No more mom jeans?' about Suburgatory! Oh my God!

All of these celebs responding to my tweets is so exciting!
 
When Perez Hilton decided to be nicer and more considerate of the celebrites he gossiped about, I wrote on his wall something encouraging and he commented back "Thanks Mandie!" That made my day. 😀
 
Jenny Mollen tweeted me a few weeks ago. 😀 I was excited. She didn't say anything much though; just replied back to a tweet I sent her. LOL
 
I don't have Twitter, but American crime writer Karin Slaughter wrote my brother on facebook 🙂

She said was tough to choose. She wanted to say she wished she had played a lesbian vampire lol but she just said she enjoyed both.
 
I had a couple from Sophia Bush last year when I tweeted her about some awards that One Tree Hill had won at another forum. I still have a screen cap from it! She's also retweeted a couple of mine. If you know about my OTH obsession then you can imagine how happy I was. No one else than that, though but I try not to pester them too much!
