Duff vs. Lohann

I have been pondering this question for quite some time now, And I believe it is time I ask the oppinions of my fellow bb members. I have always loved hilary duff, but most people hate her, and they say that linsay lohann is way better all around. Now every one is entiteled to their opinion, I dissagreed with that call. When I asked everyone why they hated Hil, and loved Lins, They said that Hilary tries to do it all. And that pisses people off. And they like Lins, because she focus's on movies. Well I have to ask it, Will everyone start hating lins, now to because she is now singing. And she does movies. Or since she is doing it now, after Hilary, will every one justify her by saying that since hilary can do it so can she. Will everyone continue to hate hilary even if all teen stars become singers also? :lame:
 
It's gotta be Lindsay. Hilary should have stuck to acting on a TV show...she wasn't as annoying on that...
 
I'm not sure, I like Hillary on Lizze Mcguire but ive ben a Lindsey fan since Parent Trap..so im gunna go with Lindsay...Just cuz i think Hillaty is trying to do movies singing and TV shows all at once..its kinda irritating
 
Can't stand Hillary...she...annoys...me...not cause she's attempting to sing (attempting is the key word there though) and do everything else...I just...I don't know...something about her makes me not like her...Lindsay's not bad though...I loved the movie Parent Trap, and Lindsay just seems like a more humble down to earth person...but I probably shouldn't judge...considering I've never met either of them...it's just my opinion as of now...
 
I like Lindsay,but I prefer Hilary,theres nothing about her to dislike
 
I don't know if this is an option, but I don't really care for either of them. I don't like people that use the word 'like' three or four times in a sentence (Hilary). I used to like L. Lohann, but not since her burst into the teenie world of movies. I agree with everyone that I liked her Parent Trap remake, but her most recent "Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen", "Mean Girls" and the like really make me lose my like for her. Both girls lack any true singing talent, so to me they really should not be singing. I don't care for Lohann's fashion sense since I saw the latest People (she was falling out of her dress), but I think Duff doesn't have that bad of tastes- more her age style of clothing. I'm not a Lizzie McGuire fan (atleast not anymore) and I don't really care for Duff's movies ("A Cinderella Story", "A Lizzie McGuire Movie"). So like I said, neither of them of are anything special to me. But I should be nice like BillieHunter and not judge....
 
neither should sing both should stick to acting and i perfer lindsay she's the better actress and I don't really care for hilary in movies or even lizzie.One word for Hilary: Annoying.
 
Now I don't want to degrade or intend this as a insult, But For some time it seemed to me that linsay was trying to be hilary. Remember just my opinion no mean intended. She WAS a red headed, freckled, child star. Hilary was not. Then L. Got rid of her freckles, (i don't know if it was natural or cosmetically) Then died her hair blonde. I't seemed that she was trying to look like H. Now she does movies, and singing also. Which coincedently hilary has already started. Like I said just my opinions and things I noticed. Please don't think that I am trying to degrade L. And As for all of the L. fans, I just wonder, And please just answer... no need to derogatate, What is it that you don't like about Hilary? You are entiteled to not like her and I'm not trying to make you like her, I am just curious what makes you not like her? Is it that she does tv, movies and sings. If so, so does L. Do you not like her acting or singing. That Is the only truly logicall answer to me but anways. Why do you feel the way you feel.
 
It's kinda like when Britney & Christina first came out. At first Britney was the more likeable and Christina was a "Ho" but now, I like Christina better cuz she keeps it real. Right now I like Hillary better because I've seen lots of articles & tv clips of Lohan being a b****. I just think her head has grown a bit too big.
 
i've always been a Hilary Duff fan and well i perfer Hilary all the way! she's a great actress and well i enjoy her music though i know she's not the best.
 
Both the kids are sweet I guess...I think they might hate eachother but I think that from what I've seen Lindsey is possibly the better actress...I dunno...I don't have a strong oppinion here so I should go.
 
I don't really like either of them very much, but if I had to choose it would be Lindsey, I'm not sure why though...
 
I definitely like Lindsay a lot better than Hilary...i always have. One thing that really really bothers me about Hilary is that i think that when she sings she sounds like a little girl with this...i don't know....annoying voice. And i just plain like Lindsay better anyway.
 
i workship lindsay so to say, she seems cool and kind besides she's a great young actress and i like her movies, she's making smart choices and being really mature about her career so LINDSAY RULES!....hilary duff...isn't that bad but.......not so good either

You love Lins, but don't hate Hil correct. Because I admire that. I think it is great that you can side with one person out of a feuding duce, and not be crule to the other person. I think that, that alone is a step next to accending into a higher concienceness. Now If Only we could get out of our moms basement, then well be wicked cool on our mo-peds! Joking... or am I?

yeah that's my point of view, i find really inmature to "hate" somebody just cuz is in direct competition with somebody we like, in this case hilary is not bad at what she does, linds and her have differnt way to deal with everything like anybody would so i don't see the point on saying that i hate her, she's a good actress too but in a personal way to see it i rather see lindsay on screen
