Does anyone know where in the Buffy story line that the Chaos Bleeds book is suposed to take place? I know it is after Joyce dies and from the sound of it a while after Joyce has died and it slightly makes a couple of season six references but not overly. I know it cant be season 7 which is when it would have made the most sence, but obvisly not since Tara is in it. But it makes no refrence to the worries of Glory at all. So does anyone know if it is ment to be during season 5 or 6?
 
I have the book, but I've read it only once.

According from the game, they said it takes place in season 5. But it's not exactly the same storyline. No Glory and Ben. But there's The First and Ethan Rayne. I think when they said that, they meant the characters are from season 5. Plus, Faith is back from jail. So it's clearly not canon. 🙂
 
Yeah I don't think it's canon, though it was promoted as "The Lost Episode"...the game, novel, and comic book all tell different stories though.
 
Did anyone read the "Stake Your Own Destiny" books? I think there are 4, and I've read 3: Night Terrors, Keep Me In Mind, and The Suicide King. I remember really loving how you got to be Buffy and could actually die in the book if you made the wrong choices and how different the outcome of the stories would become based on your choices.

I'm pretty sure it's "supposed" to take place after "Forever." I've read that a few times; whether or not it's true I'm not sure but it works.
