I must admit, I would love to see pretty much every female character from Grey's (apart from Hahn) as slayers. Imagine Bailey? or Christina? Awesomeness!

The little sister in Big Time Rush. (by the way, go to Nick Jr and watch the Halloween episode. It's hilarious. One of the boys in the band is a vamp being chased by Muffy the Vampire Slayer)

Katara from the Last Airbender. A waterbending Slayer who THINKS she wants the good boy (Aang) but it's really the bad boy (Zuko) that gets her motor running. Katara/Zuko forever!!!!

Carly from iCarly. Sam is crankier and likes to hit, but I think Carly would be more interesting.

I think it would be interesting to have Rena Ryuugu (Higurashi no naku koro ni/ Higurashi: When they Cry) as a Potential Slayer/ Slayer. I realise there might not be many people who've seen the anime and know who I'm talking about. But yeah, I think there are a few girls on there who could prove interesting as Potentials, but to have someone so potentially unbalanced as a Potential Slayer, or even more interesting, a Slayer, with all that that entails, would be interesting. Particularly in her story arc at the end of Series 1. Deranged Rena with super strength? Oh, dear.

On the subject of the When they Cry series, Jessica from Umineko no naku koro ni might be another candidate, though she appears to have her own source of extra strength in some parts of the show.
