Character's Defining Line

Okay maybe they're not defining but when you think of a character what particular line do you think of? I'll start.

Fred- "I am not the damsel in distress."

It just fits Fred, she looks like the sweet innocent "oh help me mister muscly man" kinda girl but she is head strong and can kick ass. Plus it matchs the Buffy feminisim thing as well.

This isn't a character, its what I think of when I think of bangel:

Buffy: When I look into the future...all I see is you.....all I want is you.
Angel: I know the feeling.

Giles: "That was a bit British, wasn't it?" In s1 sometime...he says something like that!

Early Wes: "My ass is not pansy!" (in one of his many vain attempts to prove himself...)
Mid-S3 Wes and on: "There is no perfect day for me..." (For some reason, this stuck to me. I was going to go with something a bit more..tough...but this seemed fitting)
