Characters that you think are hot and others think are not. :)

Ok, so I know that beauty lies in the eye of the beholder, and all that. Of coarse we all have different taste, and that's a good thing. 🙂 But I still think you kind of can see which characters most people think are at least semi hot (Angel, Buffy, Cordelia and so on) and which characters most people think aren't hot at all (Lorne, Giles, Connor and so on).

So, I was wondering, being a girl who always had a HUGE crush on Giles, which characters do you think are hot that is a little out of the ordinary to get week in the knees of? Tell me! I would be super happy if it turned out that we are many Giles fans out there. 🙂

And do debate and defend your crush, this is all good fun. 🙂

I think there are pretty many people who think Giles is hot, actually.

Well, I think the obvious characters are hot, like Angel and Spike. Oz has his cuteness that makes him hot and Xander has his humor that makes him hot.
Lorne isn't "hot", but I think he has something that makes him attractive, and that's his charm.

Err... Most of mine are in reverse. 😀 But I find Dru and Darla to be some of the prettiest ladies on the show. I think that Willow is a total hottie, except in S4-S5. Mm... I think that Gunn is pretty hawt. And underrated. 😀 Oz is certainly good-looking as well imo, and I think that Kendra is really pretty.

Whaat, do people usally not think that Gunn is hot? :O I think he's smokin', lol, but I thought that was something really common to think.

I agree, Blixten, Giles is the hotness. I find a few of the others quite attractive as well. Gunn is very cute. His eyes are gorgeous! And, hey, if I swung that way, I'd totally like Tara. She was very sweet and had a normal person's body, not some super-mega-foxy-awesome-hot bod! Willow was pretty too. I also agree with Wishing about Lorne and his charm (even in those atrocious zoot suits and dr. frank n furter lips). I also found Wesley more attractive around season 4 of Angel (although, he still had those itty-bitty girl arms). Oh, and of course, Spike, but that's obvious... even though I normally don't go for blonds. Huh. Strange how an accent can change a girl's priorities. 😉
I didn't like Angel, honestly, until he got his own show. I guess he always had his looks, but it took more of his personality for me to acknowledge them. Others I didn't find attractive: Drusilla, Lindsay, and Riley.

But nothing compares to sexy fuddy duddy Giles!

Yay for Giles, even though I already knew you where a fan. I keep track on the people who said they liked Giles to me, I'm gathering members for his fan club you know, lol. He sure is HOT! The accent, him being all bookish and a little shy, the glasses, the hair.... Yum! 😀 It's strange, you would think Wesley could be really popular with me too, but I don't find him that attractive at all. He has all the right things that I usally like, I think it's his personality that doesn't do it for me. Always found him a bit to know it all for my taste, Giles didn't flaunt his knowledge like Wes did. 🙂

Out of Buffy I would say Oz was always cute. Spike was just on fire. 🙂
Actually Giles is good looking for an older man, I loved him in restless the style of his clothes.

On angel of course Angel is hot but I have a thing for Wesley especially in the later seasons. It just kind of happened I kid but seriously I think Wesley is hot. Gunn is good looking but the other two I like just a bit more. Lorne was a looker in that makeup and his spiffy suits.

I think everyone looked good in their own way and their own style which I liked. I just have some that I favor over the others. 😉

I'm not sure what the general opinion about Tara is but I think she's gorgeous. Oh, and Kendra too. And the girl Percy's dating when he calls Willow a nerd. Can I list 'Buffy in black hair in Restless' as a different character? People who are attracted to females are spoilt for choice on Buffy.

Hm I could do this the other way around - characters I don't think are hot but the majority do. In which case, I don't find Angel or Lindsey attractive, but I'm pretty sure that most people do.

Before I started watching Buffy again (which I hadn't done since my early childhood years), there were only a few characters that I remembered; for example: Buffy, Willow, Giles, Angel, Spike, and Dawn (for some reason, I didn't remember Xander). I seem to have remembered Giles from the later seasons, which is really a shame because I had no idea who awesomely adorable he was in the earlier seasons (although, at that age, I'm sure I would have squealed, "Ew! Boys are yucky!") But I'm glad that I finally took the time out to watch all the episodes this summer. Now I know the pure epic-ness that is Giles!

To speak on my sister's behalf (she watched the show more religiously since she was in high school at the time the show was still on WB), I know that she loved Willow. She even cut and dyed her hair to match hers (circa S3). She and I both agree that Will's very pretty. We both love nerds, so that's to be expected.

To speak more on Wesley: I liked him once he was on Angel, but from S4-5, there was some definite smolder that wasn't there before. When he said "I wasn't thinking about you when you were here," to Lilah, my jaw dropped. I mean, men who treat women like crap are horrible, but um... what? What is this? He pulled off the bad-boy thing quite well.

Drusilla. Gorgeous <3
Darla. Drod dead sexy <3
Faith. To die for <3
Glory. Bombshell <3
Dawn. Pretty <3

There are others I like too but these are the main ones I can think of.

Buffy is perfection in my eyes. :biggrin3: There's a lot of beautiful women on both Buffy and Angel but for me no one gets close to Buffy.

Darla, Cordelia, Fred, Faith are also really nice. All the girls are nice though in fairness.
