Agreed and hm, I've never thought of Lindsey/Cordy before but now that you mention it... definitely interesting
 
Dawn and Connor might have been interesting.
I've always thought that Giles and Joyce could have been amazing.
I'm not so big on Wesley and Cordy for the long-term, but maybe for a bit.
Has anyone ever wondered what Oz and Tara would have been like? I'm not saying that that's what I wanted, but it is different.
Buffy and Faith could have been cool, in Buffy's depressiony thingy in season 6 maybe.

My forever wished for couple will always be Spike & Faith. Especially when she was a "rogue slayer" - they'd have been great as a bad-to-the-bone couple!

But I could also enjoy a few other pairings, such as:

Giles & Joyce - that would have just been soooo sweet. (I also wish Jenny Calendar could have been brought back... even as a ghost or whatever, for Giles!)

Xander & Willow - after Tara died, instead of Kennedy, I mean. After all, they were best friends & did once have that attraction! Okay, Willow was gay... but I think of her more as bi-sexual, because she DID truly love Oz (and Xander!!)

Spike & Anya! - I know they had that "one moment" but I'd like to have seen them as a couple... what hilarity might have ensued!

Cordelia and Doyle! - I know, one kiss, blahblahblah. Oh why oh why did Doyle have to leave? (And RIP Glenn Quinn, who played Doyle.)

Lindsey and Lilah... the ultimate evil-human partnership! :winking03
 
Evil Faith and Angelus is something I would've LOVED to see. I think it would've been so much fun to watch!

Faith and Angel. I just loved their chemistry. Could've been good.

Angel and Fred. In season 5 though. She could've brought some nice warmth and light into Angel's dark Cordelia death shadow. He needed something like that in that season. I thought the kiss in Magic Bullet was a set up for this, but, as it turned out... not.

Lol. Maybe Harmony and Angel in season 5. That would've been... interesting.

Oh! I almost forgot about Anya and Giles. I mean, come on. How can you not think they would be great together?

LOL! Connor and Dawn! I've never really given that much thought before! They could whine about meaningless sh*t together! Perfect!

Oh, and how could I forget Xander and Willow? The only person who I think could ever be a second to Tara for Willow.

Anya and Giles ♥
Fred and Wesley - as in, for more than one episode, please.

Faith and Wesley - after Wesley got all cool and badass. Would have been really twisted considering the past when she, uh, tortured him.

Harmony and Gunn - no idea why. Just thought it would be funny.

Giles and Joyce - long term.

Connor and Dawn - I know they never met, but that would be so twisted and angsty and awesome.
 
I am probably alone on this one, but I always wished we would have seen a little Anya/Giles action. After "Tabula Rasa", especially, I think it could have been pretty damn funny. 🙂 And besides, Giles needed another love interest. It wasn't really fair that he was always alone after Jenny. 🙁

I always loved the idea of Faith and Angel. After she showed up and he helped get her back on the path to redemption in Angel Season 1, I kept hoping and hoping but it never happened. I'm still hoping, now that there's an official canon "Angel and Faith" comic. 😉

I also wish Dawn would have had an onscreen love interest that actually panned out. I got my wish for Dander after "Potential", but I always thought Dawn/Spike might have been interesting...
 
I would have really liked to see Giles and Joyce have one or two one-night-stands after Band Candy and NOT under the influence of any spell. Just sorta giving into the passion. xD
 
Always loved the idea of Joyce and Giles...or Anya and Giles!

Forgive me my fellow Spuffy's...I will ship those two forever and ever, but I think Spike and Faith had lots and lots of sparks! 😀
 
Angel and Spike. XD Just more references to their 'sordid past', is all. That's always hilarious. (-Except that one time-, -I'm fairly certain I never mentioned-)
Dawn and Connor, although if you think about the Buffy-sister and Angel-father thing, it's a little squicky.

Not neccisarily hoping, but, I'm kinda with ya here too. Angel and Faith is one of my fave fantasy ships.

Willow and Wesley would of been cool...I know they are husband and wife in real life. So I guess I approve lol

Riley and Willow would have been cool too. They actually talked more than him and Buffy did. So right there is a good start.
 
I would've really liked to see Buffy and Faith together, yeah. I also like the idea of Fred & Willow as a pairing.
 
It's probably been said over the last 8 pages, but Spike and Faith would have been hot. Not in any long term sense (I don't think either of them would be up for that, hehe) but for a passionate, short affair, I think it'd be cool.

...which makes me think maybe Willow and Ilyria? Weird? I'm not sure...

Giles and Joyce

Gunn and Faith, (Gunn really seemed smitten with her and I think she'd have liked him as well)

Connor and Dawn

Also thinking maybe Xander and Cordy reunion sometime around season 8 or 9, (if it had been possible)
