News Charisma appearing in Legend of the Seeker"

It's been announced at Comic Con that Charisma Carpenter will be guest-starring in the season 2 premiere of "Legend of the Seeker," a syndicated fantasy series based (loosely) on Terry Goodkind's Sword of Truth novels.

Charisma will be playing a Mord-Sith, so she'll be dressed like this: :love10:

Not sure yet if Charisma was a participant in the "hot leather-clad girl-on-girl kiss" shown in the trailer, but I'll certainly be keeping both eyes open.
 
Oh deary me, Charisma in leather. (sw) I've never heard of this show though, maybe it hasn't been shown here. Or I'm just blind.
 
She looks great, but I really don't like those long braids.

I don't know anything about this show, but I'd love to see Charisma do comedy, a sitcom perhaps. She'd be great at that kind of show.
 
Thats a great shot of her but Im not too keen on all that hair it makes her look a lot older than she is, I guess though most of that hair is just extensions to be part of her character. Its great to see Charisma back on TV and not playing someone who has visions all the time. 😀
 
It's just gonna be an episode? 🙁 Better than none of course. I haven't watched this show yet so don't know if I like it. But more Charisma can't be bad can it? 😉

IMDB only has her appearing in the season premiere (Nov. 7 or thereabouts, depending on the syndication market), but that doesn't mean she won't be back later in the season, unless they kill her off.

There's no Mord-sith named Triana in the books, but they've already ventured so far away from the books' plot that that really doesn't tell us much. The blonde Mord-sith, Cara, is becoming a series regular, as she does in the books. But in the books, Cara isn't into kissing women... so who knows what they're doing?

(Felicia Day has also made it known she's a Legend of the Seeker fan and would like to be in the show "as an extra or something." I think we all know she can aim higher than that.)

Wow, i'm liking what I see here on E! online. Cordelia in leather. Looks like this episode airs in November, first episode of Legend of the Seeker's new season. You can search: charisma carpenter e online.

Good to see her but it had been so much better if she was Cara (yes I know Cara was in last season too so that wouldn't be possible) for three reasons.

* We'd see more of her.
* The hair. Lets face it. Cara looked so much better after they cut off her hair and so had Charisma.
* The bath scene. Very shallow but can you blame me?
 
This show is seriously so good. It has a lot of the themes that Buffy had such as star crossed lovers that can't be together...fighting off evil demons/creatures/people...I really recommend anyone who's a Buffy fan to watch 'Legend of the Seeker'...I believe you can catch the first season on IMDB.com and I know you can watch it if you use Netflix...

Oh! Oh! And Charisma did a great job as a leather-clad Mord Sith... so good!
