Charmed Buffy crossover??

I have seen Charmed many many times, I am watching Buffy for the first time all the way through. As I am watching I wonder why there wasn't one? Or several? No offence to Willow but I think Phoebe could have really helped Buffy out with loving someone who is bad for you. Also, I would have liked to see Sarah and Shannon together onscreen.

I guess it could have been cool I think that the charmed ones could have really related to the idea of slayers, seeing as like the charmed ones, slayers are all about female power. And Sarah and Shannon would have had tons of chemistry.
