See, that's then difference. You look at them powerwise, while I just want something nice to look at, ergo Cole. And he was cool.

That's probably why I never like demons on any show. Even on Buffy, all the evils I liked were insanely good looking.

well if we look at it that way, sure, the worst fear thing was awesome. Other than that, everything that involves time traveling, cos time traveling always makes great episodes. And Charmed had quite a few of those.

Yeah I watched the seaons one epasode last night were they go to the 70s to stop Nicholas. Little Prue and little Piper are so cute.

I liked how they went to visit their grandmother back in her hippie days, that episode was hilarious.
And All Hallow's Eve was also fun to watch.
And I don't know if this qualifies for time travelling, but the alternative world Cole created...that was one of my favourite episodes ever.

I liked that little world the source made Piper believe in to try and get her to realease her powers.
 
I don't think we can really answer that. Well, first off, magic powers sure sound cool, BUT we can't imagine how it would be like to have to hide them, fight against demons, protect the innocents etc. Maybe after I had magical powers I would be so annoyed with them I wanted to give them up. In that episode you could see Piper was the most eager to give up her powers, That's because magic kind of stood in her way all the time, for example when she wanted to get married but wasn't allowed to. Paige, on the other hand, was still pretty new to magic and had only seen the positive sides. So she wanted to keep her powers pretty bad. So I don't think we can say exactly what we would've done.

Yeah I get what your saying. But could you live with yourself picking up the paper and seeing someone was killed in unknown circumstances wondering if it was a deamon and you could of saved the innnocent.
 
I don't know, would they even remember they could have saved them?
And other than that, I don't think they would even notice all the innocents in need of saving anymore. No Phoebe to direct them into the right way, and I think you wouldn't be so aware abou what's going on around you anyway.
 
I'm borrowing all the seasons from my mate. I just finished watching season 1, so far not all that impressed sorry to say...
Its fun and easy to watch but doesn't really go any further. Everything seems so easily resolved so far. I will keep watching though. I have a whole 2 weeks house sitting in the middle of nowhere next week, it should keep me entertained!
 
I do like Prue, I think Shannen is probably the best actress out of the three from what I have seen. I know that she leaves after season 3, why was that? A spat with Alyssa?
 
I am watching the series now too...I reached season 6!I was so sad when Prue died 🙁
but I have to say that I like Paige too...I'm a bit tired with Phoebe she was supposed to be the bad girl and in the later seasons she changes a lot..
 
Supposedly she also felt working on Charmed wasn't fulfilling enough.

Not that I blame her, as characterization on the show was pretty shallow, even when it tried to be deep.

I hope I don't get murdered for this, but I never got into Charmed.
In fact, I don't really like it at all. -Dodges bullets!-
I don't know. Maybe I would like it more if I wasn't completely spoiled to Buffy or if I had gotten past Season 1, heh.

Well from what I've heard Alyssa and Shannen already pretty much didn't talk at all for all of s3 because they just didn't get alng (there was probably a reason, but I don't know) and then Alyssa went to the writers or something with a ultimatum like 'her or me', and the writers chose her because they had more plans with the character of Phoebe. And because it was not the first time they had trouble with Shannen.
That's what I've heard.

Well, it´s not like it´s the first time Shannen would get into trouble.

Personally I like the show, but I haven´t see all of it yet. Loads of episodes on tv but far from all. I´m planning to buy the "Magic box" (It´s really called that. Don´t mind the Buffy-reference.) sometime in the future. But I couldn´t help but laugh than I ran across this quote in another thread "Charmed - Buffy for dumb people." So I guess that makes me both smart and dumb. Seems pretty accurate.
