Hello everybody!

There has been a recent influx of people going on vacation or taking leave temporarily from the boards coming on and posting their own threads saying how they are gone and will be back, then posting another thread to say they have returned. These are always greeted with their share of quick little "See you soon" style messages and together, these new threads suck up a good deal of our bandwidth.

As we always do, we've found a way to combat this. Instead of posting a thread saying you are leaving, please pm me and let me know. I will then post about your absence here.

For those well-wishers, you can feel free to add karma to a random post of the departing buddy, but this is a way to keep everyone informed and hopefully, to keep everyone equally happy about the boards.

Just to kick this off - Mrs P and I will be away for a couple of weeks on our hols in Gran Canaria. So please don't be upset if I don't respond to your PMs...I will be enjoying sun, sea and sangria and not giving a sh*t about work...please feel free to contact any of the other mods for all your BB needs 🙂

Okay, looks like work is pulling me away from home for a week or three and whilst i may have computer access i'm not sure how much spare time i'm going to be getting so i may not be on the boards all that much for a little while. I'm probably going to be around a little today but i'm gone as of tomorrow morning.

Okay so I realise I wasn't gone for that long but I wanna apologise for not being able to come on. I've been busy starting school....Yuck. And because I'm in advanced classes I have a bigger work load being brilliant sucks LOL. So to the newbies hi.

Heading out again. I've got a few work related issues to get sorted down south later this week so my girlfriend has talked me into going down early so that she can spend some time with her family (visiting the "almost" in-laws, fun, fun, fun!!! 😛).

Anyway, we are leaving first thing tomorrow and i'll be back home a week on Tuesday although i may not be back around here straight away. All depends on how much work i need to catch up on when i'm home. Hopefully won't be too long though!

Change of plans ... for now! Fingers crossed i won't need to be travelling at all now but i won't know for sure until Thursday. For now though i'm still around! 🙂

And again, i'm gone! Another last minute change of plans has meant that any chance i had for an easy weekend has gone out of the window. Looks like i could be away for a little under two weeks and this time i don't think i will be able to find anyone to cover for me. 🙁

Loss of internet!

I have recently lost the internet so will find it quite difficult getting on at times. I wont be on for around a week because of half term. I will continue to wrtie my Raven fan fiction and hope to post the 1st three eps the next time I am on.

I will soon sign up to public computers.

Okay as daughter of one of our newset members I feel it is my duty to inform you my mum won't be on for a while. She's currently in hospital after collapsing at a bus stop. Don't worry the doctors are doing the best they can to insure she comes home soon but as we don't know how long she will be gone I thought I should say this anyway.

My cpu isn't working so I won't be able to get on for a long while. Unless my dad does it, I will have to wait until I start working next month to pay for it to get fixed. I guess I'll talk to you guys later.
