I think chemistry is totally important. Because without it, you can have a great friend that you have fun with, but you just can't picture the two of you together. But if there's chemistry, that's when it become a hot and heavy lustfest lol.

for me...chemistry is the factor...it will make or brake consideration...its the deal breaker and the deal maker...without chemistry...gasm will look for other atoms to share electrons...

for there to be good chemistry for me...there has to be a tension...a good tension...not like fighting tension...but playing around tension...it has to be smart tension...vibrant...flowing...filled with trust...and 100 percent honesty...

i can only say that i have a relationship like this with one other person...and she's taken...and it breaks my heart...but...what can i do??...just accept it...and cherish her...every word...

Chemistry is oh-so-important.

Chemistry means that when you've been together for 10 years and you have kids and a mortgage and in-laws (lol), you still get that butterfly feeling when you see each other, you still have 'dates' and you still miss each other when you're not together.

she'll be moving away...in august...so...blah...but i already know nothing can happen...she has a beautiful 8 year old daughter...and a boyfriend of 6 years...and the daughter thinks of the boyfriend as a father...so...i wouldn't want to mess that up...she has a great situation...and...i'm happy for her....

i'm not stoked that she's moving away...cause she's my best friend...i'm free with her...but...i'll keep in contact with her...and that's cool...

the thing i realize...is that...one in a million chemistry...eureka can happen again...if i just keep my mouth moving to gurls...and find that gurl with that sweetness and toughness...

SG: That's really sweet that you respect your friend so much to sacrifice any chance you might have had with her. It does sound like she has a great situation. You make it even greater by being her best friend. I just know that she respects you for the way you are. It can be tough when friends move away but don't lose contact. That would be the worst thing you could do. You're match will come along and, when she does, you'll appreciate her all the more.

I agree with you on that one SG. I need someone I can barter with and let the sarcastic comments fly. Someone who presents a challenge and when I make comments, will not just sit there and take it.

Thats something I seem to look for in all forms of relationships. All of the friends I have are people who retaliate to my personality and understand me without me having to speak. As well it can get hard for me to talk at times 😉 Especially if i'm in a bar.

I think chemistry is very important...I love to be able to be as sarcastic as I want and be told that I'm cute when I get all tough on him. I know there's sth more to a relationship then just lust when he calls and reads me a bedtime story over the phone for more than an hour just because I can't go to sleep and everytime I see him logging in or when I see his number on my cell I get so nervous and so excited at the same time

I understand that completely. Thats the same with me and my hubby, fell in love the first time I laid eyes on him and have not looked back since and it will be 16 yrs for us in April. I couldnt imagine one day without him, the chemistry is amazing!!!!!!

Twenty years here, and counting!

For me, you need the playfulness. I'm a huge teaser, but not in a mean way. She's a bit of a "force of nature", you know, tends to fill up a room. I can keep her grounded and away from spinning out of control by using humour. It's a good defense mechanism too...

She's definitely my best friend, and I get grouchy when I don't get to talk to her and let her talk to me...like when we're on opposite schedules/shifts.

The physical chemistry is important, but it changes with time...not to go into any boring/gross details, but that part becomes less about actual body parts and more about your most important sex organ...your brain...betcha thought I was gonna say something different...😉

Best feeling: the feeling of peace when you're together, no matter what is occuring...as long as you're together, nothing is insurmountable, and all will be well. That's the best chemistry of all!
