Children's Names

Im naming my husky buffy but my husband works in a dental lap and got paper work from a patient name Buffy A Summers! !!!!! And she is 45 years old?!

My grandson's name is Atticus, but I call him Spike. And, while not children, one of our friends had a pair of beagles named Angel and Buffy. Poor Angel got run over, though. (And, no, I have an airtight alibi for where I was at the time)

The only name I would consider giving my kid would be Tara. Love the name and the character it's from. 🙂 I would totally name my kid after Buffy, but I wouldn't want them to get teased! I'd name them Elizabeth instead if I were really set on the BtVS-naming thing.

Ever since I was 11 years old I have had a girls name and a boys name picked out.

Siobhan for the girl.
Duncan for the boy.

Unfortunately I realised that when my fiance and I were talking about children's names I realised that there is every chance that the father might not like the names so I started brainstorming alternative names. Now I have:

Amelia or Lily for girls name. (I guess Amy could be construed as a Buffyverse name, and Lily to)

And James for a girl (which could also be seen as James Masters).

Crazy stuff... Never realised that the 3 names I thought of were all kind of Buffy verse.

I've thought about Buffy as a middle name which I think would be amazing. Also I love Anya as a name as well.

I have three girls, Maya, Izzy (for Isabel), and Kaycee...

I only became obsessed with buffy after having had and named them...I don't know...I'm pretty dedicated to my obsessions...I could see myself naming them after characters on the show...though my husband would probably kill me. 🙂

I would name my kids after Buffy characters depending on what the name was. I don't know if I'd use Buffy but I'd use Faith, Willow, Tara, Xander, William or whatever.

But if I was to have three girls I would name them (not after Buffy characters) Maygen, Avelia and Beverly. They're interesting names and I love them. I'd probably name a boy Shane because I was supposed to be named Shane if I was a boy and my father was almost named Shane.

I would name my child any name that was not an object. With the exception of Willow because I love it. And Buffy, because I automatically think of working out.

when i went on the ET ride at universal studios, you have to say your first name and they give you this alien passport card thing and it gets scanned (its so at the end, your name is said) and i said my name was buffy, and they actually had it i the database!!
