Help Chinese Potential

Can anyone tell me which episode Giles introduced the Chinese potential slayer in? The one that only spoke one form of Chinese and he the other, and she said she was lactose intolerant after he took her for ice cream.

Thanks, Kinslayer! I find with series 7 I get all the episodes muddled in my head, except the one I watch repeatedly (Lies My Parents Told Me). Probably doesn't help that, when I first saw it, I was watching the episodes pretty much back-to-back over a couple of weeks because it was more like a long story and I was desperate to reach the conclusion. (And was very very sad when I did 🙁)
