Joss has already done the commentary for the UK version of the season seven DVD release (has it been releases in the UK yet?), and here is a link to a transcript for it.

I know we're supposed to post the article and not just the link, but it's really long so you can all follow the link.

Also, I forsee a bloody war between the shippers. Lets all try to remain civil in our obsessions and belifes.

There is a thread titled "Season 7 DVD Commentary on "Chosen" by Joss" down from this one that does have the commentary posted. You're right about the length. There is also a thread for the first 3 parts of the LMPTM commentary too. 🙂
