"Chosen" is 10 Years Old Today

I don't know if that is a happy thought or a sad one. I have always been one for bringing back the show, or a tv-movie, spin off.. or hell, even a reboot if that's all that was given. I know Angel continued and the comic series still lives on but the show is now a decade old today. Many shows with fandoms weaker than the Buffyverse continues to strive and get new shows.. I don't think the comics are the last of Buffy that will be seen.

As for the show.. I didn't actually watch the finale when it aired. I watched the first 4 seasons when they aired but eventually high school and college got me out of the house, haha. It wasn't until later when I watched the rest of the show. :laugh:

I watched the last ep on tv when it aired, but I had missed some seasons so I was a little confused about some stuff. I didnt get the full affect of the episode until I rewatched the whole lot the year later. I remember texting all my friends and telling them to watch it haha. I had just got in from work in time for it luckily.

I have done a Chosen rewatch today and Im watching the whole disk again tonight with some chat friends. I love that I enjoy the show just as much now as I did 10 years ago!!

Wow 10 years ago... Gosh Time flies!! Then again, I watched it whenever it came out on video so maybe 9 years ago for me 🙂

So hard to believe that is has been THAT long. It doesn't feel like it at all. Time for another series rewatch 😀
