I had a quick look in the shops and read the first couple of pages and it was sooooooo dull

::female:: The spelling, grammatical and factual errors in "Chosen" are simply astounding.

I can't even believe a book can get published with so many mistakes.

What happened to proof-readers, copy-editors and fact-checkers?

Nancy Holder did write the book but her name was taken off the cover ... we only know she wrote it because of her dedication inside ... at least in the Canadian edition ...

I heard rumours that she had her name taken off the novel ... after reading it I can see why she would have.

Season seven was my least favourite season of "BtVS" ... I hoped the book would change that but it didn't.

"Chosen" is the most disappointing of all the "BtVS" tie-in-novels.

I'm currently reading another Buffy book, Mortal Fear, and there are alot of editing mistakes in it too...weird, huh?

With all these mistakes it makes you think that they might've done it on purpose. Possibility?

No way...they're too varied. It's like they leave out entire words from the sentence one time, and the next time, it's a spelling error.

chosen-the book

I don't know if this is already on here, forgive me it is and delete it. Has anyone on here read the book "Chosen"? A poster over on the Charmed boards had posted about it and needless to say I was thrilled to hear about it. It's a novel based on the whole season seven. I didn't get to see the season because we don't get UPN here. I read it and enjoyed it. If anybody else read it, and did get to see the season, did everything tie in? I mean, people are saying there are a lot of mistakes in the book and stuff.
