If there would have more Christmas episode/s in BTVS or ATS, what would you imagine the plot/s to be?

To my great surprise, I loved the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina Christmas ep, and it could easily be adapted to Buffy or Angel. It has 2 plots. Sabrina tries a seance and I think Lilith causes more problems (my memory is fuzzy on why the protective Yule log went out) which allowed some impish and deadly children spirits in who play deadly pranks, and almost trick them into roasting a baby they're taking care of (imagine infant Connor in that sitch). They have to get the "mother" (a demon witch that adopted them, very bitter, and will demand live children to join with those she already has) to take the children back, and then the witch demands the live one, and it seems impossible to refuse. (If adapted to Buffy, I'd make her someone who became that due to a wish granted by Anyanka and is not grateful.)
There's trickery, and another convenient story that many forget. One of Sabrina's friends works for a Santa only to find that this Santa is a demon that likes to hire children as elves and then turn them into mannequins. They die in the process. Soon the witch is content to take the spirits of these dead children (and saving the one currently threatened) and leaving the live infant alone (this time).
Otherwise, what comes instantly to mind is that a season 5 Angel, remembering the "Christmas miracle" in Buffy s3, tries to find guidance, even praying for it, after told to do something heinous, only to be tormented by visions and realize that old enemies or W&H clients are actually behind them rather than the so-called Higher Beings.
Or in Buffy, finding out that winter solstice is to be a major time of attack by some demon witches, maybe Willow uses magic to "contain the Hellmouth energies" so people could have a good Christmas only for it to misfire or interact unpredictably. But can be making extra money as Santa's helper only to suddenly be called on duty and run ragged as things like this happen:

This reminds me a lot of Beetlejuice. Even the music.
I feel like A Christmas Carol/It's A Wonderful Life-esque episode could work on Angel. Like, maybe in Season 2 when Angel's lost his way after killing the lawyers and he has a past/present/future or alternate-life dream (like the Smallville episode Lexmas) which could help to put him back on his path. Could have been fun.

I wouldn't think so, given that Angel only sees past ghosts (no Christmas present or Christmas future ghosts) and the episode isn't a dream (like the example I gave of Lexmas), even if it has dream sequences. The ghosts are also coming from The First who is trying to manipulate Angel into ending his life, kind of exactly the opposite of It's A Wonderful Life (although I guess it could be seen as a mild subversion of the film) and nothing like A Christmas Carol, which is all about forcing the protagonist to re-evaluate his choices, values and morals.
