Christmas presents - share what you have bought and give others tips!

I haven't really started thinking about what to get everyone yet cos I've been under a lot of pressure lately. I have two brothers and a sister, which means we usually team up and buy something big for everyone instead of getting little individual gifts. My little brother got a motor scooter for his birthday last week, so we'll probably get him a cool helmet and other equipment, my sister is a real fashionista so we usually get her a gift card for a nice boutique and my other brother loves How I Met Your Mother, so I thought about getting him the DVDs. I haven't got a clue what to get for my parents, but I guess it's gonna be something unimaginative like a voucher for a spa day for my mum and concert or opera tickets for my dad...

I'm gonna get my flatmate (and best friend) a "Sunnydale Razorbacks" t-shirt because she mentioned it that she'd like one and I found out where to get them 🙂
 
We draw names at my house so I only buy for one sibling and then my parents. I got my sister. Shes become a Biggby addict since she started working so I think Im going to put some sort of basket together with coffee, creamer, mugs and all that.

Already finished everyone but my wife and son - who we plan to get some more stuff for / work with Santa to get him more stuff.

If my sister wasn't floating around this board, I'd post all my siblings stuff. But, my wife wants the Rachel Ray cookwear, so I'm getting her that. My son we're getting him - a Toy Story Duplo Lego set, a baby fold-out couch thing ([ame="http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00340SVVI/ref=asc_df_B00340SVVI1338841?smid=A3E84BUML3CL98&tag=shopzilla_mp_1401-20&linkCode=asn&creative=395105&creativeASIN=B00340SVVI"]we got him this one, only we spent MUCH less than Amazon is asking[/ame]), a toy microwave, and a few other things.

Here's an idea for those who have video game fans for friends / family: "8-Bit Jesus" - it's a Christmas album made with traditional Christmas songs sounding like 8-bit music. You can listen to it for free online, and to order a hard copy of the CD is only $12 including shipping!
 
I got a pretty horse box for my mom and some nice bath stuff for one of my best friends, but I'm on a tight budget and have no idea what to get for the rest of my family or my other best friend. It'll be my first Christmas away from home and I'd like to get them special things since I won't be there but I'm feeling pretty clueless.
 
For my roomies, real easy - I'm gonna invite them to my room and let them pick a piece of handmade jewellery they like (I make and sell handmade jewellry)
For my brother - something TV/computer related, not sure on that one yet
For my father - hands-free set so he can talk on his cell while driving and not get a ticket for it
For my mother - a pretty scarf with flowers + something extra (maybe a cookbook, she loves to cook)


Or I'll just hide under a rock until Xmas is over

For my friends: Little hot chocolate gift baskets
For my Best Friend: We went to the mall and saw this cute necklaces, so we each picked one out and bought them for each other for Christmas. I'm also giving her a little ornament so she'll at least be a little surprised when she opens her gift! 😛
For my mom: An angel figurine (she collects them) and a The Body Shop giftcard.
For my brother: The Archies complete season box set and a Harry Potter movie magazine.
For my dad: A "Gimme my Timmies and nobody gets hurt." t-shirt. It's an inside joke in my family about his obsession with Tim Horton's coffee.
And that's all the gifts I had to buy 🙂 I did pretty well this year. Normally I leave the present shopping 'till the week before!!
 
I've been buying things the past few weeks. Bought my dad a jersey , my sister is suppose to pay me for half of it.

I bought my mom this neat, looking photo / note holder that is like an umbrella. And bought my stepdad a hat that he apparently really likes.
