Hey ... LOL yes i am talking about Christmas...

is anyone else planning or buying pressents yet? am i the only sad person here?

I am looking forward to it already....even though things are going to be a bit tuff for me this year i will still do my best for a darn good xmas...

First of all....that is the coolest banner...............i wish i could make them, but alas i can only make crappy ones....

Anyway....i always start buying christmas pressies in sept....that way it gives me chance to get all the people i love christmas presents.......luckily for me thats only two presents then....

I have started mainly for the same reason - money is tight and i want to ensure my loved ones actually get a present as January is a long month before payday!
 
LOL my aunt starts buying things for christmas on January 3rd lol.... my aunt is a major christmas freak... i love xmas in fact i start listening to xmas music in August lol plus i start thinking of what to buy and saving up.... so ya.. I'm crazy too...
 
I always try to start Christmas early. 😉 I've been playing Christmas music on my piano, and I've bought a couple of gifts already. I love Christmas!

OMG the xmas music thing - i was listening to the radio the other day and they were dissin xmas starting early but they had xmas music on and i got sooooo stressed when they stopped playing it lol... What's your fav xmas carol and fav up to date xmas song??

I'm seriousely thinking about starting buying presents now, mostly because I wont have that much money around christmas and I hate being out in the last minute and not find good presents, but most of the time that's what happens anyway, the last minute thing.. I'm not really a chirstmas freak though, didn't like it at all when I was younger because I didn't have any cousins or so in my age that I could hang with so it hanging out with my relatives was just so boring.. Now I think it's kinda cosy though, especially since I moved to my own place, now christmas can be a real nice time to meet the folks and eat good food.
 
I love all the classic Christmas carols, but I'm not big on any current Christmas songs. I think my very favorite Christmas song is White Christmas. I love that song!!!
 
Going to start the shopping in the next week, had to take out of my 401k to make sure that I can do it (since hubby hasnt been able to work since Feb, due to health). Already have the kids writing lists and giving me ideas. Wanting to be finished by the end of October, if it works out then I will be sitting quietly in my chair sipping some wine and chuckling to myself that I am DONE!! Hehehe :happy53:

(although they are good to receive) but whole atmosphere of it all!!! and also sharing it with family and friends... those special moments... giving pressies to ur family and friends as there faces light up with smiles as they open there gifts.. also the food and music... its an awemome celebration!!!

Urgh not already, do I have to?

Sure I love christmas, but if I start thinking about it too early I lose all the christmas feeling. It's like when the shops start decoratin around the beginning of november there's nothing left when we actually get december. Okey I'm gonna stop with all the gloom.

Soon as the nice people at CSN give me some money I'll look into the entire christmas gifts situation.
 
Ihave thought about christmas, but I have no idea what my shopping list will be... I will probably wait to see what's happening "Black Friday", then make my move! Shopping can be a full contact sport.
 
I gotta start finding out what everyone wants and make a list of who I'm buying for. My niece is always my number one priority 🙂 Can't wait to spoil her!
 
nope I don't start for awhlie buying, but I know right now what I'm going to get for everyone, well except my GF, she lives in England, and the shipping charges alone would kill me.

I don't know when I'm going chrsitmas shopping yet.Although I should probably go before all those sales and stuff come and the stores run out of stuff.This is actually the first year I'm going to buy everyone presents.
 
Oh fave songs, have to be that Band aid thing "Do they know it's christmas time at all" perhpas not too happy, but it's way christmasy despite that. And for some reason Silent night, when sung correctly, can give me chills.
