Chronology Question: Willow, Spike, and Riley

Simply put, where would be the best place to put Willow: Goddesses and Monsters, chronologically? I mean, it obviously takes place before BS8, but did it take place before or after the 8-issue Spike series?

Also, it looks like every source on the internet, that I could find, inserted the Riley one-shot between The Chain and No Future For You. Does anyone have a differing opinion?
 
It's been a while but as I remember it was set before Season 8 even begins. Doesn't it refer to Willow's first journey to the astral plane?
 
I think so. Definitely before the Riley one-shot.
I got the distinct impression its meant to explain where Willow was during Angel S5 'Shells'; like when Angel phones Giles for help with Fred/Illyria and he says that Willow is unavailable due to being on another plane of existance.
