Chuck Norris In The Buffyverse

I was just watching an old Chuck Norris movie last night, "Silent Rage," in which Chuck, as the local sheriff, has to contend with a Michael Myers-type character, super strong and capable of almost instantaneous healing, and I just got to thinking...

(Yeah, I know, late nights and cold pizza makes the mind travel in strange places)

In his prime, back when he was actually doing almost all of his own fight scenes (hey, we all get old) how do you think that Chuck, or, for that matter, any of the movie martial arts stars, would have fit in in the Buffyverse, maybe on something like Riley's team or as "rogue demon fighters" like Wes? Would real martial artists work in Buffy's world?
 
He would be in a team like the Expendables 😉. Lol. My guess is maybe just fight vampires. Either solo like Principle Wood or put together a street team like Gunn. And Chuck Norris does exist in the Buffyverse. That zombie jock asks about Walker, Texas Ranger in the Zeppo. Presumably he doesn't know about vampires other wise he would have no time for acting. Lol.
 
Not very well. For one I think Buffy's appeal is partly because it casts unknown mostly. And Norris is just too bland to bring the personality to the show. Sorry to spoil your fun😉
 
Buffy Summers can count from one to infinity backwards, twice.
 
Sure, I'd say that somebody of Chuck's level of skill- as in world class- could go toe to toe with most creatures of the night. He wouldn't be 'slayer tough' but he could be on a higher level than a very skilled vampire hunter such as Gunn, Holtz or Riley.

In the Buffy RPG there's an archetype 'Martial Artist/Warrior Monk' that stats up nicely with other Hero types like 'Beginner Slayer' (Buffy S1/2), Rogue Initiative Agent, Demon Hunter or the like.

Chuck would rock in Sunnydale I'm sure.
