Citizen Kane remake

I was thinking about this the other day. I was really surprised they never remade this. Then I do some research and discover that they tried to reboot it but they were sued and prevented from doing so. There is an article about it here if anyone is interested.

I got angry at the thought of a Citizen Kane remake before I opened this and was beyond pleased to see that it is not in the works.

I'm surprised that a terrible American remake of The Castle was never made.
