There is nothing wrong with your written English - you should get along fine in the US if you speak as well as you write. Some Americans have trouble understanding me and I am English...I think it's an accent thing, although I never thought I had a strong accent.

As for English education - I think that most European countries teach the English language better than we do here🙂

Thanks. But I'm not that good at writing English, I mean I manage but I can't write everything I want to. And the thing is that I get very insecure when I have to speak English..

Lol, there isn't such colleges outside of the US..?
So those of you who want to study outside of the US, where would you want to go..?

And.. another question, how much does it cost..? I know it's a lot different with different colleges of course.. But what can it cost..?
 
There's also lots of financial aid available usually. If not student loans are good. You don't have to begin paying them back until 6 months after you graduate in most cases. I'm not sure about international students though. You should probably contact the admissions department of schools you are interested in 😀
 
The most common subsidised student loans are Stafford loans, and the official website says that in order to qualify you must "be a U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen.*" but, in all their helpfulness, fail to provide an explanitory footnote to correspond to the asterisk. So i have absolutely no idea what one would have to do to become an "eligible noncitizen".
 
I thought you financed school with your CSN money? I mean, you're aldready taking a loan from then, wouldn't it be like a little too much to take one in the US too?
 
I know.. I would use CSN and not take a loan in the US. But people tell me student loan isn't enough.. Cause college is so expensive.. Aww I hate this. I wanna do this, I really do but.. everyone keep telling me how impossible it is.
 
The thing abot loans is that you have to pay them back. Whether or not loans are enough to cover it is directly proportional to how much debt you're willing to have hanging over your head when you get out. Plus, if you get work-study or get a job while you're in school, that's less you have to pay off later.
 
But I think it's worth it. Taking loans and paying back.. Cause all I really want to do is study.. So I will take loans and then.. I'll probably regret it later.. hm. Don't you think it's worth it..?
 
I'm paying my entire way with loans. True, they're subsidised, but I figure an education will help me get a better job, so i can make enough to pay them back. Its up to you, but IMO its worth it if you're happy with it.
 
I agree, that's what I think too. Except I don't really think I can ever get a job cause.. can't imagine what that would be.
The thing is it's so expensive in usa that my loan can't cover it..
 
one word: SCHOLARSHIPS.

A lot of schools like to claim that they have people form __ number of countries, so they might help you out.
