Complete First Season Box Set. (The big one, not the slim set...)

Anyway, both of my season one box sets (I had to get a new one because the other one🙂 had loose disc holders. When I went to open the set today, I found my 3rd disc face down on my 2nd disc!

It's really not a problem but it's very annoying. Does anyone else's s1 set have this problemo? I'd like to know that it's not just me getting punished or something, lol.

Mine does that. I have one set that even has a broken center thingy so the disc never stays in place.

To me this happens all the time, it´s not like it´s just the Buffy-sets it happens to. If I didn´t know any better I´d think I was careless or something. Very annoying to say the least.

You can buy a replacement kit for that center spindle. I've seen them on Amazon.com, but I can't think exactly what they are called. I was looking ay dvd cases, and one of the suppliers had some other related stuff listed. As far as that goes, you can replace the entire case. A pack of 5 doesn't cost much, and you can get them to hold 1,2,4, or even 6 discs. Replace the case, slide the cover illustration out of the old one and into the new, and you'll never know that it's not the original box.

I don't think my S1 boxset does this, but one of them does(S7, I think).

Another funny quirk with my Buffy/Angel boxsets: I have a regular DVD player in my living room and use my Xbox as a DVD in the bedroom. There's 3 episodes("School Hard", "Darla", and "There's No Place Like Plrtz Glrrb..") that will not, under any circumstances, play on my Xbox. I've always thought that was kinda funny...

On my S7 copy, "First Date" will not play on either of my DVD players, but it will play on my computer. It's weird. I haven't tried it on my PS2.

I just want to say I hate DVDs. Sure nice picture quality and you have commentaries and stuff but they're so fragile! I take perfect care of my things but DVDs are so temperamental, they'll just decide they won't work for no reason. I have old VHS videos in my house that are older than me that still play great. Haha...Go analog!

Yeah mine just randomly decide to stop playing sometimes. It's so annoying. It's usually on an episode I really wanna watch too.
