Completely new to the 'Buffy' series and boards

Hello, I figured I may as well make a post here to introduce myself.

I've already stated elsewhere on the boards that I've just purchased the complete series of Buffy, not knowing anything about the series. I've already had a few discussions with others here (check out the 'Season 1' and 'Inside Out' sub-forums for those).

I hope to stay involved with this community as I watch the series, as you've all made me feel very welcome and Buffy seems to have an excellent fanbase. 🙂

So, that's that I suppose.

I'm hopeful that it will be enjoyable.

I've been warned about spoilers, so I'm trying to be extra careful when navigating these boards. There's a lot of hiding-behind-my-hand and squinting-to-blur-the-text as I make my way to the thread I'm looking for. 😀

My favourite show at the moment is Nikita. I'm also watching Dollhouse (nearly halfway through the second season), which is pretty decent.

A few other shows I like, in no particular order, are: Ghost Whisperer (at one point my favourite show, up until the fourth season), Medium, Lost, Criminal Minds, Alias and Cougar Town.

I'm sure I'm going to enjoy the show, it sounds like my type of series.

Besides watching Angel which already been mentioned I'd like to add Firefly(show) + Serenity(movie) and Dr Horrible's sing-along blog.

I'm currently watching Joss Whedon's Dollhouse on Netflix, so once I finish that I'm planning on running through Firefly, which should only take a few days.
