Confusion on what is allowed.

So I replied to a thread about childhood trauma and I responded with my own trauma as did several other people, but because it was darker than the OP's thread, it was closed so this is more for the mod that closed it. I would like to know why and how anyone in thread in the TOS. I'm really kind of insulted, some people really were brave and bared their soul and because the OP listed a certain level of pain and called it trauma and other people listed their trama, it doesn't give you the right to close it just because people had stronger stories.
