Addicus "Spike" Bradley, our grandson, just took the gold at the National Tae Kwon Do finals in Detroit!!!!!! 7 year old Green Belt Poomse (forms) Division.

Me, too. I first started studying, like most folks, to learn self defense. A always loved sparring, but forms were just something that I did as a part of getting the next promotion. Spike is flawless in his forms, and a total little demon sparring. If he stays with it, he's gonna be truly great by the time he's grown.
